  I have got quite a few computers and laptops built here over the last few years and they have always been quick and for a good price. Whenever anything has gone wrong they have gone out of their way to fix it straight away.

  For repairs or actual reliable advice, talk to Martin. Not his wife. She's the kind of person who thinks that refusal to learn about the field you work in represents humility. Sentences like "Oh, I don't know anything, I just get my husband to deal with it" do not inspire customer confidence. It's just lucky I prepared before going in by backing up my drive. Because they wiped the drive and fresh installed OS without first calling to confirm. My instructions were not listened to. But how could they be when the customer service doesn't even want to learn about computers?
