Overcharging in the case of a deceased estate. Waited months for an itemised account. Claimed they would adjust the itemised account since they agreed some costs, even though within their legal right did seem unreasonable. Account was not at all adjusted. So if you don't want to pay $70 per 2 minute phone call about your mothers deceased estate proceedings... don't choose Drew Gleeson Legal. They seem to capitalise unreasonably in the event of a loved ones death.
